The NGA Golf Dome is Calgary’s year-round destination for golf practice, instruction, and events. Conveniently located just two blocks east of Macleod Trail on 50th Avenue SW, the dome makes it easy to keep your game sharp—no matter the weather.

With more than 50,000 square feet of indoor space, the NGA Golf Dome features a double-decker driving range with 32 hitting stalls, two golf simulators, and a dedicated putting green. It is also home to the National Golf Academy (NGA).

The National Golf Academy proudly delivers instructional golf programs for The City of Calgary Recreation at McCall Lake Golf Course, Confederation Park Golf Course, and Shaganappi Point Golf Course.

More Than Golf

The NGA Golf Dome is also available for rentals, with flexible space for activities including slow-pitch, flag football, soccer, and more.

LEAGUE PARTICIPANT BENEFIT: All league participants are eligible for 10% off any simulator bookings throughout the 2026–2027 season.

Weekly Match Times

Tuesday or Thursday
5:30–7:30 PM or 7:45–9:45 PM
One match per team per week.

How It Works

Four golfers split into two pairs. Each pair faces the two golfers from the opposing team on a Full Swing simulator, playing nine holes on the same course.

Match format: Match play two-person scramble plus weekly low net.

Handicapping: Nine-hole allowance = (35% of lower player’s course handicap + 15% of higher player’s course handicap) ÷ 2.

Team rosters: Four regular golfers and up to two registered alternates; only four compete in a weekly match.
